1. Normal Business Matters a. Cub Scout Round Table – April 21st , 7:30pm, Christ Church Episcopal, 400 Holcomb Bridge Road, Norcross, GA b. Joint Pack Web Site: New application under evaluation. Visit the current site: http://scouts.southern.ws/ for updates and information. Calendar is updated. c. Training – Scott Donaldson and Keith FitzPatrick i. Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) Training; 20 June. Button-Gwinnett. Details to be published. ii. Wilderness First Aid – Apr 24th – AAC iii. Certification Saturday: May 2nd 9am – 4pm, Bert Adams Scout Reservation. Registration closes 25 April. iv. Day Camp and Youth Protection Training: May 16th, Duluth First United Methodist Church; Mandatory Day Camp training from 8:30am to 12pm. Youth Protection at 12:30pm for those who need it.

e. Arrow Point Elective Night (4/16/2009) Tigers will be promoted to Wolf at the start of this meeting. Each Tiger family must bring a Wolf hat, neckerchief and neckerchief slide for the promotion ceremony. Contact your den leader if you assistance obtaining this equipment.
f. Den Chief Program. We will try to get a Boy Scout (Den Chief) to work with Webelos I (Darr) and Bear Dens (Branford) next year. If extra Den Chiefs are available, we will try to get one for the Wolf Den (Johnson). 2. Events
a. Scouting for Food Ice Cream Party!!! Sunday April 19th. Scouts who participated in Scouting for Food (and their families) are invited to participate in the "world's best ice cream party" on April 19th from 2:00pm - 5:00pm. Details to follow in separate e-mail.
b. Cub World Event: April 18th, Bert Adams Scout Reservation. Registration deadline is March 23rd (Check with Den Leader about participation)
c. Spring Campout: April 24th – 26th. Den Leaders should turn in roll-up forms by April 10th. (If not already turned in, please turn them in by Monday, April 13th)
d. 2009 Summer Activities.
e. Annual Planning Meeting (May 21st 7-8:30). Simpsonwood United Methodist Church Family Life Center. At this meeting we will schedule all major events for the 2009-2010 Scouting year. All parents are invited to attend to provide their input to next year’s calendar.
f. Cub Scout Day Camp: June 1st – 5th. All applications are due in to your den leader by Thursday, April 16th (If you haven’t turned them in, bring them to the Pack Meeting.) Applications must be turned in by the Pack coordinator to the Day Camp Director on Tuesday, April 21 at Christ Church Episcopal from 7:30-9:00PM. A $25 late fee will apply after April 21, 2009; $50 late fee after May 5, 2009
g. Webelos/Wolf/Bear Encampment: June and July, Bert Adams Scout Reservation. Check with your Den Leader about participation. 3. d. "Knight for the Night" with the Atlanta Dream and Medieval Times on Friday, June 19th
