The committee decided that, in the future, the spring campouts will be joint campouts and the fall campouts will be Pack campouts. In the fall, the Packs are much bigger because the Webelos IIs are still participating. By spring, the Webelos IIs have cross over so the Packs are smaller. We are making this change to give each pack a better opportunity to get the camping locations they desire. It will be easier to make reservations for two smaller groups in the fall than one big group. e. Spring recruiting. In cooperation with the Button-Gwinnett Distric staff, we are putting together a low key School Night for Scouting tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, May 12th at Simpson Elementary School. We need volunteers from Packs 525 and 575 to help with games, songs, and registration. We also need volunteers to distribute fliers for the Friday Folders that will go out on May 8th. 2. Events a.
